Policy on Privacy Rights and Access to Education Records
DeVry respects the rights and privacy of its students and acknowledges the responsibility to maintain confidentiality of personally identifiable information. This law also provides that the institution will maintain the confidentiality of the students' records. DeVry, Inc. reserves the right to revise this policy in accordance with the ACT at any time. Details of DeVry's compliance with the ACT can be obtained from the Registrar's Office.
In accordance with Federal Law, DeVry can NOT accept e-mailed transcript requests, because by law transcript requests require a signature. Also, transcripts cannot be released if there is a financial hold on the student's account.
